Kate Brennan, Super-Receptionist I’m here to create a welcoming atmosphere to all our guests and tenants so that its a positive and friendly experience from the moment you step through the door. My job is to be the oracle of all things Fazeley – if you need it, Kate can sort it!

Dave Peebles

Dave Peebles, Sales ManagerI’m here to help businesses that want to move into Fazeley Studios to find the right studio to suit their needs and to make sure they’re happy with the Studios once they are here.

Alex Herbert

Alex Herbert, Construction and Maintenance ManagerI’m in charge of co-ordinating the maintenance staff and contractors to make sure that making sure that Fazeley Studios and the Custard Factory are always looking at their best and to take care of any maintenance issues that occur throughout the common parts of the sites. I also look after any refurbishments that need doing in any of the individual studios before a new tenant moves in and carry out dilapidation inspections when a tenant leaves or moves between studios.

Kate Manion, Marketing & Miscellaneous I’m here to help spread the word about Fazeley Studios and the Custard Factory and all the great things that are happening here in Digbeth. Any random questions or ideas you have you can send my way too!

Ben Crutch

Ben Crutch, Fazeley Social and Events Manager I’m here to make sure that Fazeley Social is always lively and buzzing and a place that our tenants and visitors want to be. I also make sure that everyone who books a meeting or event with us experiences excellent customer service and quality of delivery throughout.

Olga Leszynska

Olga Leszynska, Leases I’m here to help with new and existing leases for all tenants, so if your lease is coming to an end then I’ll make sure your new terms are prepared for you. Alternatively I will show you new spaces if your business is growing or changing. We have so many versatile areas within Digbeth we can usually suit everyone’s needs.

Gillian Lawrence

Gillian Lawrence, Credit Controller I help people in Fazeley Studios with issues such as payments of rent, electricity etc – if they have any issues they make contact with me first.

Rebecca Cawley, Management AccountantI’m here to sort out any queries regarding money and accounts.

Teresa Lee

Teresa Lee, Assistant Management AccountantI work alongside Rebecca helping tenants with any queries about their accounts with us, particularly rent and utilities etc. I’ll be the first point of call to help resolve any problems and answer any questions.

Tara Newman

Tara NewmanI manage Fazeley Events (www.fazeleyevents.com), which is responsible for corporate events, private functions and weddings at Fazeley Studios and The Custard Factory. I’m here to help any tenants who want to hold a meeting or event within our spaces and make sure they get the best possible service.

Abbi Cruickshank

Abbi Cruickshank, Sales & Events Co-ordinatorI’m based in the events team, converting internal and external event enquiries into confirmed business. Whether it’s a boardroom meeting, conference for 225 delegates or wedding, it will be all you expected and more.

Rebecca Harouche

Rebecca Harouche, Events AdministratorI work with Tara and Abbi as part of the events team. I am the first point of contact for all tenant enquiries for meetings and events and help organise everything you need to make the event go smoothly.
